Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Shuwaikh for a Chemical Sales Representative. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying customer needs, and promoting the company’s chemical product lines. Responsibilities include working with existing accounts, acquiring new clients, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The position also requires regular communication with stakeholders, providing technical product knowledge, and preparing sales reports to monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Sales and marketing skills, including expertise in client acquisition, client management, and achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge in chemical product specifications and technical understanding of chemical applications and uses.
  • Analytical skills and proven ability to conduct market research to identify business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed sales reports and strategic plans for business growth.
  • Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in the construction materials or chemicals industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.
