Role Description

We are seeking an Export Specialist for a full-time position based on-site in Cairo, Egypt. The Export Specialist will be responsible for managing export documentation, coordinating export shipments, and handling customer inquiries. The role involves collaborating with international clients, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires effective communication and teamwork to ensure the smooth execution of all export processes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Export Documentation and knowledge of Import Export procedures 

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Experience in export processes and regulations

Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines

Proficiency in using relevant software tools or systems for export documentation

Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field is preferred
