Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the aluminium plant, including production, maintenance, and manpower
• Develop production plans and ensure timely delivery of project requirements
• Oversee fabrication processes and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Monitor material usage, reduce wastage, and control operational costs
• Lead, train, and supervise production teams to achieve performance targets
• Coordinate with procurement, project, and engineering departments
