Position Overview

Responsible for maximizing investor revenue growth and minimizing investor attrition. The Director will be responsible for the Investors reporting process, managing crises, adhering to the regulatory compliance, handling the investors’ calls and meetings, enhancing the market reputation, and managing the related events.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Contribute to the broader development of organization’s vision, mission, and strategy to ensure the organization achieves its short, medium, and long-term objectives.
• Support the development and maintenance of strong, long-term investor strategic relationships through regular communications, prompt query handling, and proactive relationship management initiatives.
• Be a key contributor in the development and execution of the company's investor relations plan as per the company’s strategy
• Manage communication with investors during crises or significant corporate events.
• Lead and prepare all the related investors’ reports.
• Supervise the analysis of financial information provided by the investor, review financial planning strategies, and provide recommendations on cash management, insurance coverage, or other areas that help investors achieve their financial goals.

Stakeholder Management

• Maintain relationship with the market regulator and make sure all disclosures are compliant with existing regulations.
• Drive the process to study the investors profiles to get an in-depth understanding of investor’s needs and requirements and thereby target offering to suit investor’s preferences.
• Provide regular reports for senior management on investor relations activities and performance.
• Enhance the company’s market reputation
• Involved in most aspects of shareholder meetings including private meetings with investors
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, and other key stakeholders
