Role Description
The Travel Advisor for Irish-US accounts will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing exemplary customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various interactions. The role requires responding to customer inquiries, providing travel-related solutions, and ensuring seamless experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, where advisors work closely with clients to meet their travel needs effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills with a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients
- Experience in travel arrangements and a strong understanding of travel agency operations
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, in a full-time capacity
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and familiarity with Irish-US travel policies is a plus
- Fluency in English and additional language skills are an advantage
