Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role based in Cairo. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized sales environment. The role also involves staying informed about product offerings and promotions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management and Sales techniques
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for engaging with customers
• Ability to manage and achieve Sales Targets effectively
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
• Organizational skills to maintain a tidy and professional sales environment
• Previous experience in retail or sales is beneficial
• Basic knowledge of inventory management is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Sales or Business Administration are advantageo
