TWe Are Hiring a Plant Manager for Our Manufacturing Facility Located in Badr City, Cairo

Responsibilities

Manage the factory’s daily operations, production plans, and performance targets,

Ensure production efficiency, optimal capacity utilization, and effective cost control,

Coordinate production, maintenance, quality, warehouse, and administrative teams,

Work closely with accounting and finance departments on production costs, budget tracking, expense control, and financial reporting,

Ensure effective management of raw material, energy, labor, and general manufacturing costs,

Prepare and present monthly production, cost, and profitability reports to senior management,

Manage procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes with strong financial discipline,

Monitor and manage production and cost processes through ERP systems (Workbok),

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental, and quality standards (ISO, etc.),

Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for investments, machinery & equipment, and capacity expansion projects,

Coordinate with relevant departments during internal and external audit processes,

Support human resources processes and manage team performance and development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field,

7–10 years of experience in manufacturing facilities, preferably having served as a Plant Manager or Production Manager,

Knowledge of cost accounting, budget management, and financial reporting,

Proficient in ERP systems and reporting tools,

Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills,

Analytical mindset with a results- and performance-oriented approach,

Solid knowledge of occupational health & safety and quality standards,

Preferably experienced in international manufacturing facilities,

Proficient in Turkish and/or English,

Residing in Cairo / Badr City, or willing to work in this location.
