BUZJANY Construction is seeking a highly creative and experienced Landscape Architect to join our design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, design, and execution of diverse spaces, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing, environmentally sustainable, and functionally sound. 

This role requires a blend of artistic vision, technical proficiency, and project management skills to transform conceptual ideas into detailed, buildable plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all project stages from concept and schematic design through construction and handover.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Develop softscape and hardscape designs and coordinate with irrigation and infrastructure specialists.
• Ensure full compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Conduct site visits, review shop drawings, and resolve construction-related issues
• Represent the technical design during client, consultant, and contractor meetings.
• Mentor junior staff and maintain design quality and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Architecture, Structure, MEP).
