We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to join our expanding team in the Alex Governorate.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of retail sales representatives, overseeing sales performance, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the company’s targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the retail sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor daily market activities and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
• Support the sales team with training, motivation, and field visits.
• Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and brand visibility.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in retail sales supervision, preferably in the FMCG / food industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the Gharbia market and local retailers
