Job Description
- Lean Manufacturing & TPS Implementation
- Lead deployment of Toyota Production System (TPS) principles across all production areas.
- Facilitate lean initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standardized Work, and Kanban systems.
- Develop and enforce adherence to standardized processes across operations.
- Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
- Champion TPM implementation, focusing on proactive and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure Autonomous Maintenance (AM) is applied by production teams to maximize equipment uptime.
- Oversee TPM pillar activities and audits.
- Maintenance & Equipment Reliability
- Oversee maintenance function to ensure optimal machine availability and performance.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving sessions for equipment failures.
- Oversee development and monitoring of predictive and preventive maintenance plans.
- Lean Six Sigma & Continuous Improvement
- Apply Lean Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, FMEA) to drive waste reduction, quality improvement, and process capability.
- Lead cross-functional Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects.
- Train and develop factory staff in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Process Development
- Drive process standardization and continuous development along the full manufacturing flow (from raw material receipt to finished goods).
- Implement best practices for process optimization and cycle time reduction.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams on new process introduction (NPI).
- Factory Layout & Industrial Planning
- Optimize factory layout for efficient material flow, space utilization, and safety.
- Plan and execute industrial projects such as new line setups, relocations, and factory expansions.
- Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and production teams to align layout with operational needs.
- Continuous Improvement & Cost Reduction
- Lead and manage cost-out projects targeting productivity, energy savings, material usage, and maintenance costs.
- Track and report continuous improvement gains against factory performance targets.
- Develop and sustain a pipeline of improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma DMAIC or PDCA methodology
- People Development & Leadership
- Lead and develop a team of Industrial Engineers, Maintenance Engineers, and Technicians.
- Build a culture of operational excellence and employee involvement.
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all industrial activities comply with HSE and regulatory standards.
- Integrate safety considerations into process and equipment improvements.

- BSc. in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical).
- 10 years’ experience in manufacturing (Electric Power Products / Automotive), with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in TPS & TPM implementation.
- Strong skills in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Industrial Engineering, and
- Industrial Engineering & Process Optimization
- 6Segma Black Belt is preferable
- Project Management
- Data Analysis & Problem-Solving (DMAIC)

- AutoCAD/Visio for layout planning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
