Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative work (booking, registration, course logistics…. Etc.).
• Prepare all documentation and material used for courses.
• Siemens Healthcare academy Data Base management.
• Handle different administrative tasks and operations.
• Responsible for managing and following up financial topics, invoicing, and reporting.
• Work in academic projects with universities.
• Work in social media activities

Your Qualifications And Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in Administrative or related positions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Extracurricular activities Healthcare is a plus
• Strong drive and focus for results
