Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Instructional Designer. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for analyzing learning needs, designing and developing instructional materials, creating and managing curriculum content, and optimizing learning experiences. Daily tasks include collaborating with subject matter experts, implementing effective instructional strategies, and managing digital learning platforms to support engaging and impactful learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development
• Proficiency in Needs Analysis and Learning Management
• Experience in Training & Development with a strong understanding of adult learning principles
• Excellent project management and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with e-learning tools and technologies
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Previous experience in digital learning or education technology is an advantage
