Accountabilities
 Ensure all IT assets and software are updated in line with company policies to maintain security
and compliance.
 Manage and track IT asset inventory to ensure accuracy, availability, and alignment with
operational requirements.

 Perform day-to-day IT operations tasks to ensure smooth and uninterrupted business
operations.
 Resolve complex and escalated user issues accurately and efficiently to restore service and
minimize downtime.
 Execute operational improvement plans to enhance efficiency and support business objectives.
 Facilitate regular feedback and performance discussions with team members to align priorities
and drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Education  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology,

Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

 2-3 years of proven experience in system administration in medium
to large-scale environments.
 Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
Administration.
 Experience managing virtualized environments (Hyper-V) and cloud
infrastructure (Microsoft Azure), is a plus
 Familiarity with backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and IT
security best practices.
 Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks is a
plus.

Skills

 Fair knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
 Proficiency in server installation, configuration, and performance tuning
 Experience with patch management and endpoint security.
 Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
 Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
 Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

Training and Certifications

 Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
 Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
 ITIL Foundation certification.
 CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification.
