Job Description
- Provide expert HR guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of human resources matters, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Advise on the interpretation and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding processes by collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and contribute to the development of a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in the resolution of employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner.
- Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Participate in the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational capability.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and succession planning initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
