Job Description

  • Provide expert HR guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of human resources matters, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Advise on the interpretation and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding processes by collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and contribute to the development of a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in the resolution of employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Participate in the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational capability.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and succession planning initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a human resources advisory or generalist role, preferably within a large organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
