Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Recruiter. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for identifying staffing needs, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The role also involves building relationships with hiring managers and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and employers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and conducting interviews
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and candidates
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and current hiring trends
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to changing needs
• Experience in remote work and the ability to collaborate virtually
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
