Job Description

Develop, implement, and oversee quality control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead and manage the quality control team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards are maintained.
Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality.
Coordinate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure quality objectives are integrated into all stages of manufacturing.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to verify adherence to quality specifications.
Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities, ensuring root causes are identified and addressed.
Maintain and update documentation related to quality management systems, including ISO and HACCP certifications.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
Prepare and present quality reports, metrics, and analysis to senior management, recommending strategies for ongoing quality enhancement.
Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains at the forefront of food quality management.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 7 years experience as Manager in quality control within the food industry.
Proven track record in managing quality control teams and implementing quality management systems.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, including ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, and related certifications.
Experience conducting audits, inspections, and root cause analysis in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Quality Management Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
