Role Description
We are seeking an Office Assistant for an internship role. The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, maintaining organized records, handling office equipment, and supporting general clerical operations. The role requires both in-office presence at our Cairo, Egypt location and the flexibility to work remotely as needed in a hybrid model. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to gain hands-on experience in office management.
Qualifications
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to ensure professional and effective interaction.
Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing daily office operations efficiently.
Proficiency in handling Office Equipment and tools required for smooth functionality in an office environment.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proactive approach, time management, and ability to adapt to a hybrid work model.
Familiarity with office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office or other document management tools) is a plus.
