Job Description
- Lead and develop the Quality Control department.
- Establish and implement quality standards across furniture and metal production lines.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with technical specifications and
- international quality standards.
- Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop inspection plans, testing procedures, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to enhance product quality.
- Train and guide QC engineers and inspectors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Production Engineering.
- Proven experience (10–15 years) in furniture and metal manufacturing quality.
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication, wood production, surface finishing, and assembly.
- Solid understanding of ISO standards and quality systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively
