Role Description

We are seeking an Insurance Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. The Insurance Sales Specialist will work closely with clients to identify their insurance needs, provide solutions, and support them in making informed decisions about their coverage. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering guidance on insurance policies, and achieving sales targets. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and staying up to date with industry standards and product offerings to ensure the best possible support to clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Insurance Sales and Insurance operational processes
• Strong knowledge of Health Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices
• Effective Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions
• Familiarity with the insurance industry in the local market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
