Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Specialist based in Ad Daqahliyah, Egypt, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Insurance Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying customer insurance needs, providing professional advice, and offering tailored insurance solutions. Other tasks include managing client relationships, selling insurance products and services, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of insurance products and services
Experience in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Understanding of Insurance Brokerage processes and handling of policies
Knowledge of Health Insurance offerings and solutions
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, both in-office and remotely
Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred
