Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Specialist based in Qesm El Maadi, with the flexibility to perform some tasks remotely. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging with potential clients, recommending and selling suitable life insurance and takaful products, and providing professional customer service to meet and exceed client needs. The role also involves educating customers about life insurance plans, fostering long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets in line with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Comprehensive understanding of Insurance products and the principles of Takaful insurance
• Proficient in Customer Service and Client Relationship Management to ensure client satisfaction
• Basic knowledge of Finance concepts as they relate to insurance products
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
