Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Agent located in Cairo, Egypt. The Insurance Agent will focus on providing outstanding customer service by helping clients identify their insurance needs and recommending suitable insurance products. Daily tasks will include building relationships with clients, conducting assessments, generating insurance solutions, managing client accounts, and maintaining compliance with company and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance Brokerage, and overall knowledge of insurance solutions
• Strong foundations in Finance with the ability to assess financial risk and provide tailored insurance plans
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, including active listening, communication, and conflict resolution
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust-based relationships
• Familiarity with relevant insurance software or tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience working in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
