Job Description

• Daily supervision of technical maintenance activities and monitoring their execution
• Participating in the preparation and implementation of preventive maintenance plans
• Monitoring technicians’ performance and ensuring quality of work
• Handling recurring and moderately complex technical breakdowns
• Preparing maintenance reports and submitting them to management
• Coordinating with contractors under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures
• Assisting in identifying technical requirements and spare parts needs

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
