Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, offering flexibility with a mix of in-office and remote work options. As an Insurance Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and meeting the insurance and investment needs of clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and actively promoting MetLife's products and services. Key tasks involve providing exceptional customer service, offering tailored insurance solutions, and working with insurance brokerage partners. You will also engage in prospecting activities and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Insurance Sales and knowledge of insurance products
- Familiarity with Insurance Brokerage and Health Insurance policies
- Strong Customer Service skills focusing on client satisfaction and relationship-building
- Understanding of the insurance industry and related regulatory requirements
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience in the Gulf region or a similar market is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
