1) Performs all warehouse duties related to receiving, checking, binning, picking, shipping and bin location maintenance.

2) Receives, unpacks parts, checks items, properly bins parts according to binning slips. Picks parts as per the Picking slips. Packs according to heavy/light, sizes & as per batch.

3) Handles all parts and equipment carefully. Proper safety of each staff are considered during the performance of tasks. Performs other related functions as required by the parts manager.

4) Responsible to sell parts to all customers through the retail counter, or workshop counter and assist either walk-in customers, or technicians in purchasing parts & accessories.

5) Upholds the highest standards and professionalism when dealing with customers.

6) Works closely with the technicians and walk-in customers, to ensure of proper parts inventory level and maximum Turn-over.

7) Maintains appropriate records of Lost Sales Items. Records all walk-in customers in the retail counter. Promotes service appointment system verbally to customers.

8) Ensures that “Upselling Techniques” are being applied to customers. Takes vehicle details (VIN No) & promote service in workshop.

9) Educates customers why to service their vehicles in the workshop & elaborates the price difference of parts, counter vs. workshop.

10) Maintains proper grooming with presentable uniform at all times.

11) Should carry out any work related to the company interest, within the normal duty hours provided that he has the physical and mental ability to do it
