Education/Experience:

o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

o Experience in IT security, SOC operations, or endpoint administration.

• Technical Skills:

o Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts (malware, phishing, exploits, etc.).

o Familiarity with endpoint security solutions (AV, EDR, DLP, etc.).

o Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and endpoint management.

o Hands-on experience with at least one EDR platform (e.g., CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, SentinelOne, Carbon Black, etc.) preferred.

• Soft Skills:

o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

o Ability to follow procedures and work in a team environment.
