About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service needs
- Create accurate job cards and explain recommended services clearly
- Provide cost estimates, timelines, and service updates
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure quality and timely repairs
- Follow up with customers regarding service completion and satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain service records and update the system accurately
- Promote maintenance packages and value-added services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (automotive or technical education is a plus)
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Rep, or in automotive service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and experience with service management systems
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
