About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service needs
  • Create accurate job cards and explain recommended services clearly
  • Provide cost estimates, timelines, and service updates
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure quality and timely repairs
  • Follow up with customers regarding service completion and satisfaction
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues effectively
  • Maintain service records and update the system accurately
  • Promote maintenance packages and value-added services

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (automotive or technical education is a plus)
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Rep, or in automotive service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and experience with service management systems
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Valid driver’s license (preferred)
