Role & Responsibilities

Present and promote the company's real estate projects to clients.

Conduct site visits and explain project features and payment plans.

Handle client inquiries and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

Maintain updated knowledge of project inventory, pricing, and availability.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Prepare and submit sales reports and client feedback to management.

Educational Background, Skills, and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1-4 years of experience in real estate sales. 

Must Real Estate background (Preferably Developer).

Strong communication, presentation skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Special Requirements:

Deep understanding of real estate development processes and project lifecycles.

Strong network of clients & brokers.

Multilingual proficiency (Arabic and English)

Valid driver's license.
