Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, improving business processes, and delivering strategic recommendations. Tasks will include conducting in-depth analysis of workflows, collaborating with teams to ensure effective communication of business needs, and creating detailed reports to support decision-making. The role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in problem-solving to evaluate complex data and derive actionable insights

Extensive experience in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and modeling

Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and present findings clearly

Knowledge of Business Processes and ability to suggest improvements for operational efficiency

Understanding and documenting Business Requirements to deliver targeted solutions to meet organizational objectives

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic work environments

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a strong plus
