Roles & Responsibilities:

Schedule and supervise maintenance, repair work, and oversee the installation and servicing of building equipment

Proper use of company assets and spare parts for recurring maintenance needs within the designated budget

Apply all facilities' needs in terms of compliance with government regulations

Abide bythe maintenance budget spending, while keeping a registry for contractors and suppliers

Planning and implementing maintenance needs, partner contractor approvals, and maintenance costs

Maintain ongoing communication with outsourced contractors, maintenance staff, and Ops teams to understand facility needs

Ensures that safety standards are followed throughout facilities in accordance with the plan.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in facility management.

Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities.
