Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for an Admin Officer. The Admin Officer will be responsible for managing daily office operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization. Responsibilities include maintaining records, managing schedules, offering customer support, and contributing to a smooth organizational workflow. The role requires excellent organization and multitasking skills to support the team effectively in achieving operational goals.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in general administration and HR Assistance
  • Strong communication service skills
  • Exceptional organization skills and the ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in using office management tools and software
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of corporate communication is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
