Job Description

Leading required improvements of operational capabilities for PR department to ensure the functional strategic direction of Provider Relations is followed

Functional Strategy

Design functional strategy for the department in alignment with business strategy

Convert functional strategy into key strategic initiatives through proper work streams to ensure flawless execution of the functional strategy

Define governance frameworks for monitoring and delivery of the work streams outcomes

Coordinate & align the strategic priorities in line with resource allocations; support the business in managing the implementation of strategic plans.

Business Transformation

Support implementation of strategy by improving the operational capabilities of the team.

Convert work streams into projects and provide an end to end project management for each of the project to ensure timely execution.

Implement the mechanisms/technologies by which strategic work streams outcome measures can be tracked

Innovation Planning

Assess the influences, interests and attitudes of the key stakeholders and align the communication and engagement plan accordingly.

Ensure proactive, day-to-day stakeholder engagement, building on positive feedback and identifying any barriers/resistance to change during innovation projects implementation

Track how well innovation projects are being delivered and monitor the capacity of the organisation to cope with the level of change being introduced.

Partnership Programme

Plan and design of strategic programmes confirming the outputs to be delivered, alongside the appropriate outcomes

Effective co-ordination of all projects and their interdependencies, both within and external to the programme

Create governance frameworks, including the approach to effective planning, monitoring and delivery of the programme’s outcomes

Data Analytics & Reporting

Leading reporting of functional KPIs to ensure teams are delivering required outcomes

Analysis of providers’ claims to assess cost management initiative effectiveness in controlling inflation

Detailed analysis of providers financial and overall market analysis/segmentation

Reconciliation of all financial KPIs with key business stakeholders (finance, commercial analysis, etc.)

People management

Ensure and facilitate goal setting; manage and constantly review individual performance

Provide regular feedback, coaching and development

Motivate, empower and enable direct reports by providing the necessary tools and support required to achieve the organizational development objectives

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Adminstrations or similar
  • MBA from an accredited university is a plus
  • Arabic Speaking is a must
