Job Description

We are hiring a Dispatcher to work on-site at our 6 October office to support daily dispatch operations for US-based limousine clients. The Dispatcher will manage reservations, coordinate trips, communicate with chauffeurs and clients, and ensure accurate, timely service in accordance with company procedures and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

Create, update, and manage reservations accurately

Coordinate trips and chauffeur assignments

Monitor active trips and handle schedule changes

Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email

Send confirmations, updates, and cancellations

Maintain accurate system records and trip notes

Follow dispatch SOPs and response-time SLAs

Escalate urgent or complex issues when required

Good to strong English communication skills

Ability to work on-site from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Professional phone etiquette

Basic computer and typing skills

Commitment, punctuality, and teamwork

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Previous dispatcher, call center, or customer service experience

Background in logistics, transportation, or operations

Salary increases are performance-based and subject to meeting operational and quality KPIs.
