Raytheon is seeking a Software Deployment Lead to oversee in-country software development, deployment, fielding and operational training for a major international C4I program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). In this role you provide technical leadership, customer-facing, and coordinate co-development with local Saudi engineers.
This onsite unaccompanied position will be based in Saudi Arabia for a long-term international assignment with additional compensation.
Employment is contingent upon meeting all medical requirements for overseas assignments including comprehensive post-offer medical examination.
What You Will Do
Software Deployment
- Oversee software deployment, integration, and fielding activities across multiple customer sites within KSA.
- Create and manage in-country software deployment plans and schedules to ensure timely execution.
- Provide program management with accurate and up-to-date status reports and progress updates regarding deployment plans and schedules.
- Coordinate and manage on-site installation, configuration, validation, and system acceptance events.
- Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges through root-cause analysis and collaboration across functional teams.
- Ensure all deployments meet system performance, cybersecurity, and operational readiness requirements.
- Verify that all team members involved in deployment are adequately trained and equipped with the necessary resources to fulfill their responsibilities.
- Proactively identify and address roadblocks to ensure the program adheres to technical and schedule commitments.

The salary range for this role is 145,600 USD - 276,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
