Role Purpose:
Grow volume and revenue in the accounts assigned to a route. Sell existing accounts and provide high quality customer service.
Accountabilities:
- Achieve volume plan by selling all accounts on your assigned route per identified schedule.
- Sell and Execute all authorized products, packages and promotions.
- Solicit/sell all marketing equipment & additional selling displays.
- Obtain best selling position in the account.
- Ensure pricing guidelines are fully executed.
- Identify & Solicit new outlet opportunities.
- Execute direction provided by key account manager with multiple outlet customers.
- Merchandise all accounts to MenaBev standards.
- Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability.
- Work with Merchandisers to execute the Merchandising Standards established for the market.
Job Requirements:
- Should have graduated High School, preferably with a college degree.
- Must have 1 year of frontline sales experience in FMCG industry.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
- Must have valid driving license.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic Language
