Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Junior Property Consultant, located on-site in Heliopolis. The Junior Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with real estate transactions, providing guidance throughout the purchasing or leasing process, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include researching property listings, conducting site visits, coordinating with clients, preparing reports, and supporting clients in making informed decisions.

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate knowledge and skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Sales skills with a focus on client relationship building and closing deals
• Organizational and time management skills for managing multiple client needs
• Proficiency in computer and software tools related to property management and presentations
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with the Heliopolis real estate market is a plus
