The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and directly handling daily human resources operations, including personnel management, payroll processing, and employee relations. This role requires a highly hands-on professional who can supervise HR staff while actively managing HR functions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage overall HR operations and HR staff
- Hands-on management of personnel records, employee movements, and documentation
- End-to-end payroll processing, including attendance validation, deductions, and compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee and payroll data
- Handle employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and coordination with management
- Monitor compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government requirements
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation as needed
- Prepare HR reports and support management in HR-related decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Supervisor or in a supervisory HR role
- Strong background in personnel administration and payroll (mandatory)
- Proven experience in hands-on HR operations
