Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Specialist, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Specialist will oversee property acquisitions and sales, manage residential and commercial real estate portfolios, and build strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include offering expert advice to clients, negotiating property deals, conducting site visits, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The role also involves working with clients to understand their needs and matching them with suitable properties.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships effectively
• Professional knowledge and expertise in both Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
• Proven ability to drive Sales and achieve targets
• Proficiency in negotiation, market analysis, and property management
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
