Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Al Manşūrah, offering flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As a Direct Sales Producer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and presenting tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs. The role also involves ensuring excellent customer service, delivering product training to clients, and contributing to the overall sales strategy of the company.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Insurance knowledge to effectively recommend and sell products to clients
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain and enhance client relationships
• Experience in developing and delivering Training to educate clients or team members
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment with a high degree of self-motivation and adaptability
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Prior experience in the financial services or insurance industry is a plus
