Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Property Consultant located in Heliopolis. The Junior Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, providing clients with property consultations, identifying their needs, and presenting suitable options. Additionally, you will manage negotiations, ensure high levels of customer service, and maintain strong relationships with both buyers and sellers to ensure successful transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience or skills in Consulting and Real Estate operations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven ability to excel in Sales, including negotiation and closing deals
• Professional presentation, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or any relevant field is preferred
