Core Responsibilities:

• Participate in structured technical training and certification programs
• Support day-to-day IT operations and project activities
• Assist in system implementation, configuration, and testing
• Provide first and second-level technical support
• Work closely with senior engineers on infrastructure, applications, and security tasks
• Document procedures, configurations, and knowledge articles
• Follow IT governance, risk, and security policies
• Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience

Basic understanding of:

• Operating systems (Windows/Linux) Networking fundamentals
• Databases or scripting basics
• Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Technical & Professional Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with Jira ticketing/project management tools
• Basic documentation and reporting skills
• Ability to track tasks and incidents using ITSM tools
• Team collaboration and stakeholder communication

Preferred Skills (Plus)

• IT certifications (CCNA, ITIL, Security+, etc.)
• Internship or academic project experience
