Now Hiring: Electrical Engineering Section Head

We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Engineering Section Head to oversee the successful execution of major projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the Electrical Engineering Section

Coordinate with civil, mechanical, MEP, and project management teams.

Monitor project progress, quality, and budget

Mentor junior engineers

Review technical proposals, drawings, and calculations

 Support tendering, cost estimation, and budgeting

Oversee MV/LV systems, power distribution, lighting, grounding, and earthing.

Supervise design/approval of on-site substations or incoming power connections.

Monitor installation works and electrical construction progress.

Ensure contractors follow approved designs and safety standards.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with required quality.

Support tendering, estimation, and procurement of electrical equipment.

Ensure electrical systems meet safety, regulatory, and sustainability standards.

Conduct inspections and technical audits during design and construction.

Key Requirement:

Bachelor's Deree in Electrical Engineering

+10 years of relevant experience

Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role

Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, and low-voltage systems.

Strong technical knowledge of power systems and design software (ETAP, Dialux, AutoCAD)

Good communication and team management skills
