Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Specialist, located in New Cairo. The Property Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing property listings, assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves conducting market analysis, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong relationships with property owners and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate is preferred to manage a diverse portfolio of properties
• Proven Sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals successfully
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the local New Cairo real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageou
