About the Role

RAJEH MARKETING is seeking a results-driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist to identify and connect with potential client companies through structured email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting.

This is a fully remote position focused exclusively on outbound B2B communication. The primary objective is to generate qualified leads and book meetings with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify target companies aligned with our services

Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find and connect with decision-makers

Build and manage qualified prospect lists

Execute cold email outreach campaigns using professional tools

Send personalized LinkedIn outreach messages

Follow up strategically to increase response rates

Track outreach performance and maintain organized reporting

Generate qualified leads and book meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales

Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Experience using email outreach tools (e.g., Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist, etc.)

Excellent written English (professional business level)

Ability to craft personalized, non-generic outreach messages

Strong research and targeting capabilities

Ability to work independently from home

Mandatory: A verifiable recommendation from a previous direct manager or supervisor

Compensation

Fixed monthly salary

Commission percentage on every closed deal generated
