We are hiring a results-driven, self-sufficient Lead Generation Expert to support a growing US agency. This is not a training role. You must bring proven systems, tools, and strategies from day one and be ready to generate and manage high-quality leads immediately.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Build and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns targeting US markets
• Use scraping tools to identify, extract, and qualify prospect lists at scale
• Continuously refine targeting criteria to improve lead quality and conversion potential

CRM & Campaign Management

• Manage the full lead pipeline using GoHighLevel and Closely
• Build automated workflows, sequences, and follow-up campaigns within GoHighLevel
• Track, report, and optimize campaign performance metrics regularly

Outreach & Sales Support

• Conduct minor sales calls and discovery conversations with US-based prospects
• Handle initial outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms professionally
• Collaborate with the agency team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
