Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Account Representative based in TANTA / EGYPT. The individual will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential clients, and managing client accounts. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, providing excellent customer service, maintaining relationships, and effectively communicating solutions to meet customer needs while driving business growth. The role requires strong collaboration with both internal teams and external clients to achieve sales Targets.
Qualifications English Language Fluency. Proficiency in CRM software Like: Hub Spot, Odoo , ZOHO , Salesforce, etc... . Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and engage potential clients. Expertise in Account Management and the ability to nurture and maintain strong client relationships. Customer Service skills aimed at providing exceptional experiences and addressing client inquiries. Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate product offerings and solutions effectively. Motivated and results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
