Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Payroll role based in Heliopolis. The role involves managing payroll operations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. The HR Payroll professional will oversee employee benefits administration, maintain accurate personnel records, and support overall HR management processes including collaboration with other departments to streamline HR operations and provide optimal support to employees.
Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes, HR Management, and implementing effective HR Policies Experience in managing Employee Benefits and ensuring compliance with regulations Skills in Personnel Management, including accurate record-keeping and employee relations Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations
