This is a full-time, office-based role, and location is in Hyde Park Business District. We’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer for Real Estate who can help us drive high-quality lead generation and support our growth through strong performance marketing.
The role includes:Develop, implement, and optimize the company’s media buying strategies across all digital channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project goals Own and manage media budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation, cost control, and maximization of return on investment (ROI) Develop and execute ongoing lead generation strategies, including regular campaign launches, audience targeting, and persistent content deployment to maintain a steady flow of qualified leads Generate high-quality real estate leads for international clients in the Gulf, Europe, and USAMonitor campaign performance and report insights Test creatives, audiences, and strategies to improve results Work closely with the sales team to maximize conversions Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to support better decision-making Support continuous campaign improvement and scaling of successful strategies
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.3 - 5 years of experience in real estate media buying and lead generation is a must Hands-on experience with digital tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email platforms Analytical mindset and performance-driven approach Excellent English is required Strong reporting, optimization, and testing skills Ability to generate qualified leads and improve campaign efficiency Real estate marketing experience is a strong plus Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or other basic design tools is a plus
