Job description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.


Our client is a premium food and wellness brand focused on delivering high-quality products through ecommerce and retail channels. As the company continues expanding its digital presence, they are investing heavily in creator partnerships and TikTok Shop growth to drive brand awareness, affiliate engagement, and revenue through social commerce initiatives.

Role Overview

The TikTok Affiliate & Creator Coordinator will own and scale the company’s TikTok Shop affiliate and creator partnership program from the ground up. This is a highly execution-focused role centered around creator outreach, relationship building, affiliate coordination, and TikTok Shop growth.


The TikTok Affiliate & Creator Coordinator will spend the majority of their time identifying creators, managing outreach pipelines, coordinating product gifting, and building partnerships that generate engaging TikTok Shop content and drive sales performance. This role also includes TikTok paid advertising responsibilities focused on amplifying top-performing creator and affiliate content.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, deeply familiar with TikTok culture and creator ecosystems, and excited about helping scale affiliate-driven ecommerce growth through both organic and paid social strategies.


Key ResponsibilitiesCreator Outreach & Affiliate Recruitment
  • Identify TikTok creators whose content, audience, and aesthetic align with the brand, particularly within food, wellness, Mediterranean lifestyle, clean eating, and morning routine content.


  • Conduct outbound outreach to recruit creators into TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns.


  • Draft and send personalized outreach messages offering product gifting opportunities in exchange for TikTok Shop content.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and affiliates.


  • Follow up consistently and professionally to move creators through the outreach and onboarding pipeline.


  • Coordinate product shipments and gifting logistics for participating creators.


Affiliate Campaign Coordination
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, creator deliverables, and gifting logistics.


  • Assist with negotiating creator partnerships, affiliate structures, and campaign expectations.


  • Develop and distribute campaign briefs and content guidelines for creators.


Performance Tracking & Organization
  • Track affiliate performance, creator engagement, and campaign results.


  • Maintain organized records of outreach activity, creator communication, and partnership status.


  • Monitor TikTok affiliate strategies, creator trends, and platform best practices.


Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with internal marketing and ecommerce teams to support TikTok Shop and creator campaign initiatives.


  • Identify opportunities to improve creator engagement, affiliate participation, and overall campaign performance.


Trend & Platform Intelligence
  • Stay highly engaged with TikTok culture, trends, content formats, sounds, and creator behaviors driving TikTok Shop conversions.


  • Bring new ideas and creative concepts to support the brand’s presence within the creator ecosystem.


  • Identify emerging opportunities for social commerce growth and creator-driven engagement.


TikTok Paid Advertising
  • Plan, launch, and manage TikTok advertising campaigns including Spark Ads, In-Feed Ads, and TikTok Shop ads.


  • Amplify high-performing creator and organic content through paid promotion strategies.


  • Test and optimize creative assets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign performance.


  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time optimizations to improve ROAS and acquisition efficiency.


  • Identify top-performing affiliate content and scale it through paid amplification.


QualificationsExperience
  • Hands-on experience managing TikTok creator partnerships, affiliate programs, or TikTok Shop campaigns.


  • Experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or social media outreach within consumer product or ecommerce brands.


  • Experience managing TikTok advertising campaigns and paid social initiatives is strongly preferred.


Skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.


  • Ability to manage multiple creator relationships, campaigns, and outreach pipelines simultaneously.


  • Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, social commerce, and creator ecosystems.
