About the job
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment process, interviewing and creating a database.
- Issue all hiring process and Induction.
- Responsible for the medical coverage of all employees in the region.
- Handle resignations and exit interview process for departing employees (clearance process & final settlement).
- Maintaining accurate employee database on monthly basis.
- Handle attendance system and employees’ attendance on monthly basis.
- Collect all payroll effectives.
- Support in promotion process.
- Assist in complains & investigation process.
- Handle all governmental and social insurance issues.
Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resources or any relevant field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a related field.
- V. Good command in English both written and verbal.
- Excellent Knowledge in Document management and electronic filing system.
- Excellent in MS. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High Communication skills.
- Giza residents are preferred.
